WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support. Ensure lifting
device used is in good condition and of suitable lift capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts
supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death
to personnel.
N OT E
Drive motor weighs approximately 142 lb (64 kg).
1. Install new seal (Figure 4, Item 13) on drive motor (Figure 4, Item 2).
2. Attach lifting device on drive motor (Figure 4, Item 2).
3. Using lifting device and assistance, install drive motor (Figure 4, Item 2) on machine (Figure 4, Item 1).
4. Install four washers (Figure 4, Item 11) and bolts (Figure 4, Item 12) on drive motor (Figure 4, Item 2).
5. Remove lifting device from drive motor (Figure 4, Item 2).
N OT E
Remove all caps or plugs from hydraulic hoses and fittings and install hoses as noted
during removal.
6. Install six new O-rings (Figure 4, Item 7) on two hoses (Figure 4, Item 5) and fittings (Figure 4, Item 8).
7. Install two hoses (Figure 4, Item 5), four flanges (Figure 4, Item 3), eight washers (Figure 4, Item 6), and bolts
(Figure 4, Item 4) on drive motor (Figure 4, Item 2).
8. Install two fittings (Figure 4, Item 8) on drive motor (Figure 4, Item 2).
9. Connect two hoses (Figure 4, Item 10) on fittings (Figure 4, Item 8) and tighten nuts (Figure 4, Item 9).
