Tag and mark electrical connectors to aid installation.
Note location of tiedown straps to aid installation.
Note routing of winch solenoid harness to aid installation.
1. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 1) from winch solenoid harness (Figure 1, Item 2) and winch harness
(Figure 1, Item 3). Discard tiedown strap.
2. Unlock and disconnect winch harness (Figure 1, Item 3) from winch solenoid harness (Figure 1, Item 2).
3. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 9) from winch oil pressure sensor (Figure 1, Item 8), winch solenoid
harness (Figure 1, Item 2), and sensor harness (Figure 1, Item 10). Discard tiedown strap.
4. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 7) from fitting (Figure 1, Item 6) and winch solenoid harness (Figure 1,
Item 2). Discard tiedown strap.
5. Disconnect sensor harness (Figure 1, Item 10) from winch solenoid harness (Figure 1, Item 2).
6. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 4) from winch solenoid harness (Figure 1, Item 2) and platform harness
(Figure 1, Item 5). Discard tiedown strap.
7. Unlock and disconnect platform harness (Figure 1, Item 5) from winch solenoid harness (Figure 1, Item 2).
8. Remove tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 11) and winch solenoid harness (Figure 1, Item 2) from machine.
Discard tiedown straps.
