UPPER RADIATOR GRILL REMOVAL

1. Unlatch and open upper radiator grill (TM 5-2410-240-10).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in death or injury to
personnel.
N OT E
Upper radiator grill weighs approximately 70 lb (32 kg).
2. Remove two nuts (Figure 1, Item 7), washers (Figure 1, Item 6), bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), and washers
(Figure 1, Item 3) retaining upper radiator grill (Figure 1, Item 1) on radiator guard (Figure 1, Item 4).
3. With assistance, remove upper radiator grill (Figure 1, Item 1) and two washers (Figure 1, Item 5) from radiator
guard (Figure 1, Item 4).
