RIGHT SIDE PANEL AND COVER INSULATION INSTALLATION

1. Remove release paper from back of insulation (Figure 4, Item 1).
N OT E
If insulation does not bond immediately and stay in place, surface preparation may not
have been done correctly. Remove insulation and check surface.
2. Install two pieces of insulation (Figure 4, Item 1) on surface of right side panel (Figure 4, Item 2).
3. Apply firm pressure to insulation (Figure 4, Item 1).
4. Remove release paper (Figure 4, Item 3) from back of insulation.
5. Install insulation (Figure 4, Item 1) on right side cover (Figure 4, Item 4).
6. Apply firm pressure to insulation (Figure 4, Item 1).
N OT E
Adhesive cure time is 24 to 72 hours. Temperature extremes should be avoided until
adhesive is properly cured.
7. Install seat air suspension (WP 0241).
8. Install seat assembly (WP 0235).
