FUSE PANEL COVER INSULATION INSTALLATION

1. Remove release paper from back of insulation (Figure 3, Item 5).
N OT E
If insulation does not bond immediately and stay in place, surface preparation may not
have been done correctly. Remove insulation and check surface.
2. Install insulation (Figure 3, Item 5) on surface of fuse panel cover (Figure 3, Item 4).
3. Apply firm pressure to insulation (Figure 3, Item 5).
N OT E
Adhesive cure time is 24 to 72 hours. Temperature extremes should be avoided until
adhesive is properly cured.
4. Install fire extinguisher bracket (Figure 3, Item 1), three washers (Figure 3, Item 2), and bolts (Figure 3, Item 3)
on fuse panel cover (Figure 3, Item 4).
