Remove caps or plugs from hoses, fittings, and open ports.
Install hoses as noted during removal.
Install electrical connectors and tiedown straps as noted during removal.
15. Apply lubricating oil on two new O-rings (Figure 9, Item 1).
16. Install two new O-rings (Figure 9, Item 1) on hoses (Figure 9, Items 4 and 21).
17. Install two hoses (Figure 9, Items 4 and 21), four clamps (Figure 9, Item 2), eight washers (Figure 9, Item 19),
and bolts (Figure 9, Item 20) on winch piston pump (Figure 9, Item 3).
18. Connect harness (Figure 9, Item 6) on solenoid (Figure 9, Item 7).
19. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 9, Item 5) on solenoid (Figure 9, Item 7) and harness (Figure 9, Item 6).
20. Connect hose (Figure 9, Item 8) on winch piston pump (Figure 9, Item 3) and tighten tube nut (Figure 9,
Item 10).
21. Connect hose (Figure 9, Item 11) on winch piston pump (Figure 9, Item 3) and tighten tube nut (Figure 9,
Item 12).
22. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 9, Item 9) on hose (Figure 9, Item 11).
23. Connect harness (Figure 9, Item 13) on sensor (Figure 9, Item 18).
24. Install two new tiedown straps (Figure 9, Item 17) on sensor (Figure 9, Item 18), fitting (Figure 9, Item 16), and
harness (Figure 9, Item 13).
