Install harness and all electrical connectors as noted during removal.
85. Position harness (Figure 60, Item 1) on engine.
86. Install two harness clips (Figure 60, Item 4), washers (Figure 60, Item 3), and nuts (Figure 60, Item 2) on
temperature regulator (Figure 60, Item 10).
87. Install harness clip (Figure 60, Item 9), washers (Figure 60, Item 7), and bolt (Figure 60, Item 8) on alternator
(Figure 60, Item 5).
88. Connect connector (Figure 60, Item 6) on alternator (Figure 60, Item 5).

89. Install two new O-rings (Figure 61, Item 20) on torque converter (Figure 61, Item 12).

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
