28. Tighten nut (Figure 12, Item 2) and bolts (Figure 12, Item 8) on block (Figure 12, Item 9).
29. Tighten bolt (Figure 12, Item 5) on shaft (Figure 12, Item 6).
30. Tighten nut (Figure 12, Item 7) and nut (Figure 12, Item 1) on block (Figure 12, Item 9).
31. Tighten two bolts (Figure 12, Item 3) on bracket (Figure 12, Item 4).
