1. Install bracket (Figure 2, Item 7), washer (Figure 2, Item 5), and bolt (Figure 2, Item 4) on engine (Figure 2,
Item 1).
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 2, Item 17) on implement pump (Figure 2, Item 2).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Implement pump weighs approximately 150 lb (68 kg).
3. Attach suitable lifting device on implement pump (Figure 2, Item 2).
4. Using lifting device, install implement pump (Figure 2, Item 2), two washers (Figure 2, Item 16) and bolts
(Figure 2, Item 15) on engine (Figure 2, Item 1).
5. Remove lifting device from implement pump (Figure 2, Item 2).
6. Install two new O-rings (Figure 2, Items 11 and 14) on fitting (Figure 2, Item 12).
