Note location and size of bolts to aid installation.
2. Remove two nuts (Figure 2, Item 3), bolts (Figure 2, Item 11), and four washers (Figure 2, Item 10) from
outside edge of lower pad (Figure 2, Item 9) and upper pad (Figure 2, Item 4).
3. Loosen two nuts (Figure 2, Item 5), bolts (Figure 2, Item 8), four washers (Figure 2, Item 7), and two spacers
(Figure 2, Item 6) from inside edge of lower pad (Figure 2, Item 9) and upper pad (Figure 2, Item 4).
4. Remove two bolts (Figure 2, Item 2) and washers (Figure 2, Item 1) from equalizer bar (Figure 2, Item 12).
5. Remove lower pad (Figure 2, Item 9).
6. Remove upper pad (Figure 2, Item 4).
7. Remove two nuts (Figure 2, Item 5), bolts (Figure 2, Item 8), four washers (Figure 2, Item 7), and two spacers
(Figure 2, Item 6) from upper pad (Figure 2, Item 4).
