Care must be taken to ensure that fluidsare contained during performance of inspection,
maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid
with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any
component containing fluids.
Remove plugs and caps from all lines, hoses and tubes.
Install hoses and lines as noted during removal.
1. Install two new O-rings (Figure 4, Item 8) on two tubes (Figure 4, Item 9).
2. Install quick drop valve (Figure 4, Item 7), eight washers (Figure 4, Item 4), and bolts (Figure 4, Item 3) on two
tubes (Figure 4, Item 9).
3. Install two brackets (Figure 4, Item 2), four washers (Figure 4, Item 6), and bolts (Figure 4, Item 5) on radiator
guard (Figure 4, Item 1).
