INSTALLATION

1. Install accumulator (Figure 1, Item 3), two straps (Figure 1, Item 6), two washers (Figure 1, Item 4), and bolts
(Figure 1, Item 5) on machine.
N OT E
Coat new O-rings with clean refrigerant oil before installation.
Install hoses as tagged during removal.
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 7) on hose assembly (Figure 1, Item 8). Connect hose assembly on
accumulator (Figure 1, Item 3).
3. Install new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 2) on hose assembly (Figure 1, Item 1). Connect hose assembly on
accumulator (Figure 1, Item 3).
FOLLOW-ON TASKS

1. Charge and leak test the air conditioning system (WP 0263).
2. Install engine enclosure left door guard (WP 0202).
3. Install mid forward bottom guard (WP 0199).
4. Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-2410-241-10).
