RECEIVER DRYER HOSE TO EVAPORATOR COIL REMOVAL

Tag hoses to aid installation.
Clean exterior of hoses before removal to prevent contamination.
Cap and plug all hoses and lines to prevent contamination and leaks.
1. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 2), washers (Figure 2, Item 1), cover (Figure 2, Item 3), and gasket
(Figure 2, Item 4) from platform. Discard gasket.
2. Loosen nut (Figure 2, Item 5) and disconnect hose (Figure 2, Item 9) from evaporator coil (Figure 2, Item 6).
3. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 7) from hose (Figure 2, Item 9). Discard O-ring.
4. Disconnect quick disconnect fitting (Figure 2, Item 12) from receiver dryer (Figure 2, Item 13).
5. Loosen nut (Figure 2, Item 10) and disconnect hose (Figure 2, Item 9) from quick disconnect fitting (Figure 2,
Item 12).
6. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 11) from hose (Figure 2, Item 9). Discard O-ring.
7. Remove hose (Figure 2, Item 9) from machine.
8. Remove grommet (Figure 2, Item 8) from machine.
