Clean and inspect all parts IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0295).

RECEIVER DRYER HOSE TO CONDENSER COIL INSTALLATION

Coat new O-rings with clean refrigerant oil before installation.
Install hoses as tagged during removal.
1. Install hose (Figure 4, Item 1) on machine.
2. Install clip (Figure 4, Item 13), hose (Figure 4, Item 1), washer (Figure 4, Item 15), and bolt (Figure 4, Item 16)
on bracket (Figure 4, Item 14).
3. Install clip (Figure 4, Item 12), hose (Figure 4, Item 1), washer (Figure 4, Item 11), and nut (Figure 4, Item 10)
on bracket (Figure 4, Item 9).
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 4, Item 8) on hose (Figure 4, Item 1).
5. Connect hose (Figure 4, Item 1) on quick disconnect fitting (Figure 4, Item 6) and tighten nut (Figure 4, Item 7).
6. Connect quick disconnect fitting (Figure 4, Item 6) on receiver dryer (Figure 4, Item 5).
7. Install new O-ring (Figure 4, Item 3) to hose (Figure 4, Item 1).
8. Connect hose (Figure 4, Item 1) on condenser coil (Figure 4, Item 4) and tighten nut (Figure 4, Item 2).
