COMPRESSOR HOSE TO ACCUMULATOR REMOVAL

Tag hoses to aid installation.
Clean exterior of hoses before removal to prevent contamination.
Cap and plug all hoses and lines to prevent contamination and leaks.
1. Loosen nut (Figure 1, Item 2) and disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 1) from air conditioning compressor
(Figure 1, Item 13).
2. Remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 3) from hose (Figure 1, Item 1). Discard O-ring.
3. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 5), washer (Figure 1, Item 4), and clip (Figure 1, Item 6) from machine, and clip
from hose (Figure 1, Item 1).
4. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 10), washer (Figure 1, Item 12), and clip (Figure 1, Item 11) from machine and clip
from hose (Figure 1, Item 1).
5. Loosen nut (Figure 1, Item 9) and disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 1) from accumulator (Figure 1, Item 7).
6. Remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 8) from hose (Figure 1, Item 1). Discard O-ring.
7. Remove hose (Figure 1, Item 1) from machine.
