RECEIVER DRYER HOSE TO EVAPORATOR COIL INSTALLATION

Coat new O-rings with clean refrigerant oil before installation.
Install hoses as tagged during removal.
1. Install hose (Figure 5, Item 9) on machine.
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 5, Item 11) on hose (Figure 5, Item 9).
3. Connect hose (Figure 5, Item 9) on quick disconnect fitting (Figure 5, Item 12) and tighten nut (Figure 5,
Item 10).
4. Connect quick disconnect fitting (Figure 5, Item 12) on receiver dryer (Figure 5, Item 13).
5. Install grommet (Figure 5, Item 8) on hose (Figure 5, Item 9).
6. Install new O-ring (Figure 5, Item 7) on hose (Figure 5, Item 9).
7. Connect hose (Figure 5, Item 9) on evaporator coil (Figure 5, Item 6) and tighten nut (Figure 5, Item 5).
8. Install new gasket (Figure 5, Item 4), cover (Figure 5, Item 3), four washers (Figure 5, Item 1), and bolts
(Figure 5, Item 2) on platform.
