ACCUMULATOR HOSE TO EVAPORATOR COIL REMOVAL

Tag hoses to aid installation.
Clean exterior of hoses before removal to prevent contamination.
Cap and plug all hoses and lines to prevent contamination and leaks.
1. Loosen nut (Figure 2, Item 2) and disconnect hose (Figure 2, Item 4) from accumulator (Figure 2, Item 1).
2. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 3) from hose (Figure 2, Item 4). Discard O-ring.
3. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 5), washer (Figure 2, Item 6), spacer (Figure 2, Item 8), and clip (Figure 2, Item 7)
from machine. Remove clip from hose (Figure 2, Item 4).
4. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 10), washer (Figure 2, Item 11), and clip (Figure 2, Item 9) from machine.
5. Remove clip from hose (Figure 2, Item 4). Set clip (Figure 2, Item 12) and hoses (Figure 2, Item 13) aside.
