10. Install clip (Figure 7, Item 2), ladder clip (Figure 7, Item 3), washer (Figure 7, Item 4), and bolt (Figure 7, Item 5)
on hose (Figure 7, Item 1).

Coat new O-rings with clean refrigerant oil before installation.
Install hoses as tagged during removal.
1. Install hose (Figure 8, Item 1) on machine.
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 8, Item 8) on hose (Figure 8, Item 1).
3. Connect hose (Figure 8, Item 1) on accumulator (Figure 8, Item 7), tighten nut (Figure 8, Item 9).
4. Install clip (Figure 8, Item 11) on hose (Figure 8, Item 1), and clip, washer (Figure 8, Item 12), and bolt
(Figure 8, Item 10) on machine.
5. Install clip (Figure 8, Item 6) on hose (Figure 8, Item 1), and clip, washer (Figure 8, Item 4), and bolt (Figure 8,
Item 5) on machine.
6. Install new O-ring (Figure 8, Item 3) on hose (Figure 8, Item 1).
7. Connect hose (Figure 8, Item 1) on air conditioning compressor (Figure 8, Item 13), tighten nut (Figure 8, Item
2).
