10. Lift instrument panel (Figure 24, Item 2) into mounting position.
11. Install two washers (Figure 24, Item 3) and bolts (Figure 24, Item 4) on instrument panel (Figure 24, Item 2).
12. Install four bolts (Figure 24, Item 1) on instrument panel (Figure 24, Item 2).
