Always inspect harness connectors that are involved in circuit.

Poor connections can often be the cause of an electrical circuit
problem. Verify that all connections in circuit are clean and
secure, and connections are in good condition. If a problem with
connection is found, correct problem and verify diagnostic code
is active before performing this procedure.
Tag wiring harnesses to aid installation.
Perform this test only if condition is active.
1. Turn ignition switch and bat-
tery disconnect switch to OFF
position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
2. Disconnect harness connec-
tor C-C57 (WP 0018, Figure
40) from AC recirculation tem-
perature sensor (WP 0018,
Figure 47).
3. Install jumper wire between
terminal 1 and terminal 2 on
harness connector C-C57 (WP
0018, Figure 40).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to ON posi-
tion (TM 5-2410-240-10).

Wait at least 30 seconds for diagnostic codes to become active.
5. Check for active diagnostic
2663-03 Remains Active - Pro-
codes (WP 0013).

Replace A/C thermostatic switch
(WP 0203). Ensure all harness
connectors are reconnected. Verify
proper operation of machine (TM

6. Turn ignition switch and bat-
tery disconnect switch to OFF
position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
7. Disconnect harness connec-
tor C-C40 (WP 0018, Figure
30) from harness connector
FP-C5 (WP 0018, Figure 170).
