7. Select ECM (Figure 30, Item 1), Service (Figure 30, Item 2), Calibrations (Figure 30, Item 3), and select
component (Figure 30, Item 4) to be calibrated.
8. Use ET on screen instructions for calibration procedure. ET will list initial machine conditions which must be
satisfied before ECM will allow the calibration procedure to continue. Follow specific instructions on ET to
successfully complete calibration procedure.
If calibrations are aborted by either operator or ECM, the "CALIBRATION REQUIRED" diagnostic will be active
and ECM will revert to previous successful calibrated values. To clear diagnostic, cycle ignition switch.
