LEFT FRONT ENGINE MOUNT REMOVAL

1. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 14), washer (Figure 1, Item 3), bracket (Figure 1, Item 1), and spacer (Figure 1,
Item 2) from support (Figure 1, Item 4).
2. Position wiring harness (Figure 1, Item 15) aside.
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Engine weighs approximately 1,715 lb (778 kg).
3. Install lifting device on engine (Figure 1, Item 13).
4. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 6), two washers (Figure 1, Items 7 and 8), and mount (Figure 1, Item 10) from
support (Figure 1, Item 4).
5. Using lifting device and assistance, raise engine (Figure 1, Item 13) slightly.
6. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) and bracket (Figure 1, Item 4) from engine (Figure 1, Item 13).
7. Remove sleeve (Figure 1, Item 9) and mount (Figure 1, Item 11) from machine (Figure 1, Item 12).
