RIGHT FRONT ENGINE MOUNT REMOVAL

1. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 5), washer (Figure 2, Item 4), clip (Figure 2, Item 3), and spacer (Figure 2, Item 2)
from support (Figure 2, Item 12).
2. Position tube (Figure 2, Item 1) aside.
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Engine weighs approximately 1,715 lb (778 kg).
3. Install lifting device on engine (Figure 2, Item 14).
4. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 6), two washers (Figure 2, Items 7 and 8), and mount (Figure 2, Item 10) from
bracket (Figure 2, Item 12).
5. Using lifting device and assistance, raise engine (Figure 2, Item 14) slightly.
6. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 15) and bracket (Figure 2, Item 12) from engine (Figure 2, Item 14).
7. Remove sleeve (Figure 2, Item 9) and mount (Figure 2, Item 11) from machine (Figure 2, Item 13).
