Note location of tiedown straps and harness routing to aid installation.
1. Remove three tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 2) from harness (Figure 1, Item 1) and position harness aside.
Discard tiedown straps.
2. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 7) and washer (Figure 1, Item 4) retaining filler tube (Figure 1, Item 3) on bracket
(Figure 1, Item 6).
3. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) and bracket (Figure 1, Item 6) from plate (Figure 1, Item 8).
