REMOVAL

WARN I N G
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
Mark position and routing of hoses, tiedown straps, and clamps to aid installation.
1. Remove two dual tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 2) from hose (Figure 1, Item 1) and hose (Figure 1, Item 9).
Discard tiedown straps.
2. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 11), washer (Figure 1, Item 10) and two clamps (Figure 1, Item 12) from hoses
(Figure 1, Items 1 and 9).
3. Remove two tube nuts (Figure 1, Item 5), hose (Figure 1, Item 1) and two fittings (Figure 1, Item 6) from motor
(Figure 1, Item 7) and manifold (Figure 1, Item 8).
4. Remove two O-rings (Figure 1, Item 13) from each fitting (Figure 1, Item 6). Discard O-rings.
5. Remove hose (Figure 1, Item 1) from machine.
6. Remove two tube nuts (Figure 1, Item 3), hose (Figure 1, Item 9) and two fittings (Figure 1, Item 4) from motor
(Figure 1, Item 7) and manifold (Figure 1, Item 8).
7. Remove two O-rings (Figure 1, Item 13) from each fitting (Figure 1, Item 4). Discard O-rings.
8. Remove hose (Figure 1, Item 9) from machine.
