Mark position and routing of hoses, tiedown straps and clamps to aid installation.
9. Remove dual tiedown strap (Figure 2, Item 9) from hose (Figure 2, Item 10). Discard tiedown strap.
10. Remove dual tiedown strap (Figure 2, Item 1) from hose (Figure 2, Item 2). Discard tiedown strap.
11. Remove two tube nuts (Figure 2, Item 8), hose (Figure 2, Item 2) and two fittings (Figure 2, Item 7) from motor
(Figure 2, Item 6) and manifold (Figure 2, Item 13).
12. Remove two O-rings (Figure 2, Item 14) from each fitting (Figure 2, Item 7). Discard O-rings.
13. Remove hose (Figure 2, Item 2) from machine.
14. Remove two tube nuts (Figure 2, Item 11), hose (Figure 2, Item 10) and two fittings (Figure 2, Item 12) from
manifold (Figure 2, Item 13) and motor (Figure 2, Item 6).
15. Remove two O-rings (Figure 2, Item 14) from each fitting (Figure 2, Item 12). Discard O-rings.
16. Remove hose (Figure 2, Item 10) from machine.
17. Loosen two clamps (Figure 2, Item 4) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 3) from hydraulic tank (Figure 2,
Item 5) and manifold (Figure 2, Item 13).
18. Remove two clamps (Figure 2, Item 4) from hose (Figure 2, Item 3).
