WARN I N G
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
The following procedure is for one hydrostatic hose. Use the same procedure for each
additional hydrostatic hose.
Mark position and routing of hoses to aid installation.
Cap hydraulic hoses.
1. Remove 8 bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), washers (Figure 1, Item 11), two flanges (Figure 1, Item 10), and hydrostatic
hose (Figure 1, Item 3) from motor (Figure 1, Item 2) and pump (Figure 1, Item 5).
2. Remove hydrostatic hose (Figure 1, Item 3) from machine.
3. Remove two O-rings (Figure 1, Item 4) from hydrostatic hose (Figure 1, Item 3). Discard O-rings.
4. Remove two tube nuts (Figure 1, Item 7), crossover hose (Figure 1, Item 9) and two fittings (Figure 1, Item 8)
from motor (Figure 1, Item 6) and motor (Figure 1, Item 2).
5. Remove two O-rings from each fitting. Discard O-rings.
