Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Track shoe weighs approximately 85 lb (40 kg).
8. With assistance, install track shoe (Figure 7, Item 1) and four bolts (Figure 7, Item 6) on master link (Figure 7,
Item 2). Tighten bolts to 250 lb-ft (340 Nm). Then tighten bolts 180 degrees.
9. Remove blocking (Figure 7, Item 5) from lower track (Figure 7, Item 4) and rear idler (Figure 7, Item 3).
