JUNCTION BLOCK TO FUSE PANEL POWER CABLE INSTALLATION

Install electrical connections and cables as noted during removal.
1. Install junction block power cable (Figure 7, Item 4) on machine.
2. Install junction block power cable (Figure 7, Item 4), washers (Figure 7, Item 11), and nut (Figure 7, Item 10) on
junction box (Figure 7, Item 12).
3. Position cover (Figure 7, Item 9) over nut (Figure 7, Item 10).
4. Install clamp (Figure 7, Item 5) on junction block power cable (Figure 7, Item 4).
5. Install clamp (Figure 7, Item 6), washer (Figure 7, Item 8), and new locknut (Figure 7, Item 7) on machine.
6. Install clamp (Figure 7, Item 3), washer (Figure 7, Item 1), and new locknut (Figure 7, Item 2) on junction block
power cable (Figure 7, Item 4).

Route and install cables as noted during removal.
Install electrical connections as marked during removal.
7. Position positive battery cable (Figure 8, Item 4) on fuse panel (Figure 8, Item 1).
8. Install positive battery cable (Figure 8, Item 4), washers (Figure 8, Item 3), and bolt (Figure 8, Item 2), on fuse
panel (Figure 8, Item 1).
