8. Remove bolt (Figure 5, Item 1) from instrument panel (Figure 5, Item 3).
9. Remove bolt (Figure 5, Item 2) from instrument panel (Figure 5, Item 3).
10. Remove bolt (Figure 5, Item 4) from instrument panel (Figure 5, Item 3).
11. Remove bolt (Figure 5, Item 5) from instrument panel (Figure 5, Item 3).
12. Allow instrument panel (Figure 5, Item 3) to tilt back.
