1933-03 Blade Angle Left
Always inspect harness connectors thatare involved in the circuit. Poor
mal
connections can often be the cause of an electrical circuit problem. Ver-
ify that all connections in circuit are clean and secure, and connections
are in good condition. If problem with connection is found, correct prob-
lem and verify diagnostic code is active before performing this proce-
dure.
Perform open or short circuit test ateach harness connection to identify
correct harness to replace.
Tag wiring harnesses to aid installation.
Perform this test only if condition is active.
Test Step 1. Test for Shorted Chas-
sis Wiring Harness.
machine control D6K ECM and
verify 1933-03 is active.
2. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-2410-240-10).
3. Remove right rear access cover
from machine (WP 0191).
4. Disconnect platform wiring har-
ness connector PL-C18 (WP
0018, Figure 226) from chassis
wiring harness connector CH-C1
(WP 0150); with Winch (WP
0155).
5. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-2410-240-10).
6. Check for active code 1933-03 in
Code 1933-03 Remains Active - Pro-
machine control D6K ECM (WP
ceed to Test Step 2.
Code 1933-03 Becomes Inactive -
Replace fuel tank and chassis wiring
harness: with Ripper (WP 0153) or
with Winch (WP 0154).
Proceed to step 7.
