Do not damage edge of engine front housing when removing crankshaft front oil seal.
Note position and depth of seal before removal.
1. Install seal remover (Figure 1, Item 3) on engine front housing (Figure 1, Item 1) and thread remover into front
oil seal (Figure 1, Item 2).
2. Tighten bolt (Figure 1, Item 4) and remove front oil seal (Figure 1, Item 2) from engine front housing (Figure 1,
Item 1). Discard oil seal.
