REMOVAL CONTINUED
27. Remove four bolts (Figure 9, Item 2), spacers (Figure 9, Item 3) and bracket (Figure 9, Item 5) from pump
(Figure 9, Item 1).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support. Ensure lifting
device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts
supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to
personnel.
N OT E
Pump weighs approximately 158 lb (72 kg).
28. Attach suitable lifting device to pump (Figure 9, Item 1).
29. Using lifting device, remove four bolts (Figure 9, Item 6), washers (Figure 9, Item 7) and pump (Figure 9,
Item 1) from machine.
30. Place pump (Figure 9, Item 1) on flat level surface. Remove lifting device from pump.
31. Remove O-ring (Figure 9, Item 4) from pump (Figure 9, Item 1). Discard O-ring.
