REMOVAL

1. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 6) from hose (Figure 1, Item 7). Discard tiedown strap.
2. Loosen hose fitting (Figure 1, Item 2) and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 3) from connector (Figure 1, Item 4).
Discard O-ring.
3. Remove connector (Figure 1, Item 4) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 5) from cooling module (Figure 1, Item 1).
Discard O-ring.

Tag all hoses and fittings to aid installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid
IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
Note routing of hoses and lines to aid installation.
4. Loosen hose fitting (Figure 2, Item 5), remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 4) from elbow (Figure 2, Item 3), and
remove hose (Figure 2, Item 7) from machine. Discard O-ring.
5. Remove elbow (Figure 2, Item 3) and O-ring (Figure 2, Item 2) from elbow (Figure 2, Item 1). Discard O-ring.
6. Remove elbow (Figure 2, Item 1) and O-ring (Figure 2, Item 8) from demand fan manifold (Figure 2, Item 6).
Discard O-ring.
