Electrical shock hazard. Electronic unit injector system uses 67-
73 Volts. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to per-
sonnel.
Test Step 1: Test Fuel Injector
and Engine Control Wiring Har-
nesses.
N OT E
Always inspect harness connectors that are involved in the
circuit. Poor connections can often be the cause of an electrical
circuit problem. Verify that all connections in the circuit are clean
and secure, and connections are in good condition. If a problem
with connection is found, correct problem and verify diagnostic
code is active before performing this procedure.
Tag wiring harnesses to aid installation.
Select engine ECM C6.6 D6K.
2. Start engine or attempt to start
engine (TM 5-2410-240-10).
3. At MSD, check if all three
0001-05, 0002-05, and 0003-05
diagnostic codes 0001-05,
Diagnostic Codes are Active -
0002-05, and 0003-05 are
Replace engine ECM (WP 0049).
Verify proper operation of machine
(TM 5-2410-240-10).
4. At MSD, check if all three
0004-05, 0005-05, and 0006-05
diagnostic codes 0004-05,
Diagnostic Codes are Active -
0005-05, and 0006-05 are
Replace engine ECM (WP 0049).
Verify proper operation of machine

0006-06 Only Active - Proceed to
