Test Step 1 - Ground Cables Continued

7. Using digital multimeter, measure voltage between positive post (Figure 5, Item 1) of battery (Figure 5, Item 4)
and ground cable (Figure 5, Item 3) at starter (Figure 5, Item 2). Voltage should be less than 1-Volt from value
recorded in step 3.
a. If voltage is more than 1-Volt from value recorded in step 3, replace starter ground cable (Figure 5, Item 3)
(WP 0146).
b. If voltage is less than 1-Volt from value recorded in step 3, proceed to next step.
