Hydraulic hoses, fittings, and clamps are all installed using the same general method. This
procedure covers installation of one hydraulic hose assembly on machine.
Install hoses, fittings, and clamps as noted during removal.
1. Position hose (Figure 9, Item 11) on machine.
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 9, Item 5) on elbow (Figure 9, Item 7).
3. Install elbow (Figure 9, Item 7) on demand fan manifold (Figure 9, Item 4) and tighten nut (Figure 9, Item 6).
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 9, Item 3) on elbow (Figure 9, Item 7) and connect hose (Figure 9, Item 11) to elbow
(Figure 9, Item 7).
5. Install spacer (Figure 9, Item 10), clamp (Figure 9, Item 2), washer (Figure 9, Item 9), and nut (Figure 9, Item 8)
on machine.
6. Install new O-ring (Figure 9, Item 12) and connect hose (Figure 9, Item 11) to pump (Figure 9, Item 1).
